THE “ABC’s” OF WHITE WINES
Chardonnay is not the only white wine, yet many of us drink as if it is! This “Anything But Chardonnay” course will tackle this common misconception by covering five other whites, while using the familiar Chardonnay for comparison. Learn the differences, distinctions, and characteristics of these other white wine grape varieties, preparing you for any white wine occasion.

Course is completed for this semester    $25 (+ $15 sampling fee, payable to instructor A Kish & T Russo). WJ-D827

THE “ABC’s” OF RED WINES (Limited space available!)
For many, red wines begin and end with Cabernet. This “Anything But Cabernet” course will use Cabernet Sauvignon as a starting point for our exploration of red wines. Discussed and tasted in comparison with five other red wines, this course will extend your horizons and your wine menu. Learn the differences, distinctions, and characteristics of the reds preparing you for any dinner or party. The “ABC’s” of Red Wines will make you the teacher at your next wine tasting experience.

 Tuesday, March 10, 7:00-9:00 pm, $25 (+ $15 sampling fee, payable to instructor A Kish & T Russo). WJ-D915
